Volunteer 2nd Level Digital Support
About this opportunity
We are seeking volunteer 2nd level support reporting into Service Level Manager for the following:
- Wordpress
- Monday CRM
- Humanitix
- Integration and API knowledge
This is a second level support role:
- Managing incidents when they occur
- Returning systems to service
- Communicating with key stakeholders during an indicent
- Managing incident to resolution
- Liaising with vendors to support incident rectification
- Troubleshooting incidents
- Managing updates to key services to ensure system sustainability

Additional requirements
If the volunteer wishes to participate in the Go Girl event (not a requirement) then a working with children check is required.
The first 6-8 weeks of this engagement will require up to 8-10 hours per week as the volunteer learns the organisation and is on-boarded. From this time it is estimated that 6-8 hours per week would be required. Days worked will be up to the volunteer. The organisation is very flexible.
