Volunteer IT Service Level Manager
About this opportunity
Vic ICT for Women is looking for a volunteer Service Level Manager who will manage the relationship between multiple IT vendors who support the organisation and lead a team of 2nd level support volunteers to continue to provide a high level of service to the organisation.
This role reports into the Volunteer CIO
Duties include:
Building strong relationship with vendors
Onboard new volunteers and build a team of volunteer 2nd level support engineers
document and implement processes to ensure support is maintained
document process to ensure that digital services are updated and processes adhered to
Support the 2nd level engineers during incidents and communicate to key stakeholders

Additional requirements
If the volunteer wishes to participate in the Go Girl event (not a requirement) then a working with children check is required.
The first 6-8 weeks of this engagement will require up to 10-12 hours per week as the volunteer learns the organisation and is on-boarded. From this time it is estimated that 6-8 hours per week would be required. Days worked will be up to the volunteer. The organisation is very flexible.
