Volunteer Bus Driver
About this opportunity
As a Volunteer Bus Driver, you will work alongside our Activities Team to create memorable experiences for our residents taking them on outings and day trips.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive our residents to various destinations, including outings, social events and appointments.
- Engage with passengers, share stories and create a warm and friendly atmosphere during the rides.
- Be punctual and dependable, ensuring our residents can count on you for their transportation needs.
Experience the joy of brightening someone’s day through your kindness and service. You will need a current drivers license however if a special bus license is required and you don't have one, we will support you to obtain this including covering all costs.
Additional requirements
National Police Certificate *.
A national police check is required to volunteer in aged care. RFBI will arrange for the check and pay the cost of this check for you.
