Massage Volunteers
About this opportunity
Mater Volunteers is currently seeking dedicated volunteers to join our Massage program.
Hands and Feet Massage volunteers provide companionship and relaxation to patients across Mater Mothers’ Hospitals, Mater Hospital Brisbane, Mater Private Hospital and Mater Cancer Care.
The massage program operates Monday – Friday. Shifts are 9am-1pm. Volunteers must be able to commit to the same shift weekly for a minimum period of 4 months.
All Mater Volunteers receive training to ensure you are confident in your role. Massage experience is not necessary. We use a basic technique to apply moisturiser to hands and feet for a relaxing experience.

National Police Certificate *.
Volunteers must be willing to meet our immunity requirements for this role.
Volunteers must be over 18 years old.
1 x 4 hour shift weekly for a minimum of 4 months
