Sorting Assistant - Op Shop
About this opportunity
We are Uniting Op Shops. We are Creative, Innovative and Unique. Our Warehouse and Hub is in Brunswick. Here we collect and sort tons of donations looking for treasures and quality items to sell in our Op Shops across Victoria. And we have tons of fun doing it because we love our shops, and we believe in Uniting’s values and mission.
We are looking for passionate Sorters to join our team. You will be sorting through the donations, categorising the items, and preparing them to be sent out to our shops. If you have knowledge of brands, fashion trends, fabric quality and vintage then you will love using it in this role. Don't worry if it's new to you - we will teach you and you will learn and explore as you go along. You will learn new skills; use skills you already have; connect with people; and contribute to this important operation.
