About this opportunity

Key duties

  • supporting the design and ideation of events that are values aligned, purpose driven and engaging
  • helping with the logistics and planning of events
  • assisting with marketing and comms planning for events
  • assisting with on-the-day event tasks (set up, pack down, etc)

Skills/experience

  • experience in event planning/management desirable
  • experience in hospitality or customer service
  • works well as part of a team environment
  • social media/comms/marketing experience

Time Required

We'd love to hear from you if you can provide a few hours of assistance per fortnight, however, commitment is flexible around your needs. We are looking for volunteers who can support the initial development of our annual events calendar, as well as those who can work on different one-off events or elements of our events planning (e.g. marketing/comms).
