Gardener/Caretaker
About this opportunity
We are seeking a suitable volunteer who enjoys doing outdoor work to keep our property looking the best. Tasks will include: Lawn mowing and edge trimming Gardening Weeding Pruning Watering the garden beds and pot plants Rake leaves Keeping the driveway clean and free of leaves - gurney Sweeping pathways and entries Assist with minor repairs around the property General handyman work
All equipment is provided by us.

National Police Certificate *. NDIS screening check .
Ideally, you would also have a driver licence and access to a vehicle, however this is not essential.
You will need to have a good level of health and fitness to perform the required tasks and be prepared to undertake a health and fitness assessment through IMMEX. This will be paid for by us.
Ideally, we are looking for a Centrelink applicant who is required to volunteer 15 hours per week for a registered Centrelink organisation. We are seeking someone who can volunteer Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30am to 2.30pm. We are flexible with days and times to suit your availability, however, we are seeking someone who can commit to regular volunteer work each week.

If you do need to use your vehicle to undertake occasional transport, you will be reimbursed at $0.96 per km.
