As a Legacy volunteer, you play a crucial role in supporting the families of veterans. • This is a volunteer position offering the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the success and operation of our Rockhampton Contact Group. • To provide community engagement support the Rockhampton Contact Group such as increasing community awareness of Legacy and promoting Legacy events.
Your role as a volunteer can include: • Leveraging existing networks or following new leads to establish positive relationships with other community groups , organisations or interested parties • Sharing and promoting Legacy events and resources • Devising and implementing strategies to increase community awareness of Legacy and our offerings • Assisting in the promotion and recruitment of volunteers and Legatees • Liaise with Brisbane Legacy head office. • Other duties as requested
