About this opportunity
The Caboolture Warplane & Flight Heritage Museum is located near the Caboolture Airfield. Our museum aims to educate visitors about the history of military and civil aviation. We rely on our dedicated volunteers to keep the museum running, as they have done for the past 36 years. We are currently seeking an individual with financial expertise to join our team. While an accountant is responsible for overseeing our end-of-year financial reporting and we have someone managing day-to-day administration/ bookkeeping tasks, we are in need of someone who can provide oversight, review procedures, offer monthly financial reporting, and advise the committee on financial strategies. This role involves general oversight, budgeting planning, business and financial analysis, and handling financial reporting for our Annual General Meeting. We are looking for someone with significant financial experience for this position. Initial training to understand our operations will be provided, with the option to work remotely thereafter. Our volunteers are seeking to collaborate with a leader who embodies reliability, professionalism, and a friendly demeanour.

Driver's Licence .
On site training will be given to successful applicants.
