About this opportunity

Coogee Beach Surf Life Saving Club is looking for a Volunteer Maintenance Coordinator to help maintain the club facility and operational assets. Knowledge and experience in a trade (electrician, carpenter, stone mason, plumber etc.) would be an advantage in this position.

Key Tasks *Establish maintenance plans with the Director of Club development. *Ensure appropriate tendering policies are adhered to. *Identify required club maintenance. *Coordinate contractors and sub-contractors in undertaking maintenance tasks

The Club has been established to provide an essential emergency service and enhance aquatic safety to the City of Cockburn beach: providing surveillance, protection, medical assistance, and rescue services through beach patrols along the Cockburn Coast. Surf Life Saving also provides recreational, training and personal development and competitive sporting activities for all members of the community.
