Seeking Dedicated Volunteers for the Flinders Tuckshop

Education & Training Regular - less than 6 months Buderim QLD

About this opportunity

Matthew Flinders Anglican College recognises the invaluable role that volunteers play in enhancing our educational environment. We are actively seeking committed individuals from our parent and college community to join our team.

Volunteers are integral to our College, providing essential support that ensures our students receive transformational learning experiences.

Here's how you can contribute:

  • Assist in our tuckshops with essential food preparation, cleaning, and serving duties on Monday's and Wednesday's from 8 am to 12 noon.
  • As a token of our appreciation, volunteers will be provided with complimentary lunch and coffee, and you will be embraced as a valued member of our Flinders Community Workforce.

By volunteering at Flinders, you not only support our college but also get to be a part of a welcoming and vibrant community. To express your interest, simply email us at [email protected]. Tell us why you want to volunteer, your connection to the college, and any relevant skills you may have. Don't forget to let us know your preferred days and times for volunteering.

Please be aware that volunteers are required to hold a Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and complete Safe Food Handling Training (online) prior to commencing their duties. For any inquiries or to obtain further information about this opportunity, please do not hesitate to contact our Human Resources office at [email protected] or reach us at 07 5477 3200.

Join us in making a meaningful impact at Matthew Flinders Anglican College, where volunteering is not only a contribution but also a way to be part of a professional and rewarding community.
