Volunteer Administration Assistants
About this opportunity
The Adventist Retirement Village is seeking volunteers who can help with day to day administration support.
Tasks include:
- handling enquiries
- communication with clients and stakeholders online, by phone and in person
- filing
- general admin duties
This role is suitable for people of all abilities.
Volunteer Requirements:
- patience, kindness, friendly
- good communication.
Additional requirements
Covid-19 vaccination . Flu vaccination . National Police Certificate *.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be prepared to obtain a National Police Check (organisation will help successful volunteers to obtain this). Applicants must also be prepared to complete appropriate workplace modules (some face to face and some online).
The organisation offers flexible hours – volunteers can determine how many hours/day/s they are able to commit to per week, and what role/s are of interest.
