Uniting Op Shop Point Lonsdale is a small shop with a big heart. From beachy holidaywear to essential homewares and books our Op Shop is full of gems. Uniting Op Shops provide affordable clothing and homeware items in a welcoming and inclusive environment, while providing an essential role in funding Uniting’s program delivery.
Our aim is to delight customers in a meaningful and memorable way in a contemporary environment that is positive, creative, inclusive and fun! From creating a vibrant and dynamic space using imaginative displays of quality donations, to serving and assisting customers, working behind the scenes with sorting and tagging new stock , the 'Lonny' op shop is unique and unlike any other Uniting location. Volunteers are at the heart of our organisation and a crucial part of our Op Shops. We are flexible and work to accommodate busy volunteers, ideally you would be available 1 – 3 days per week for full day or half day shifts. If you like people, customer service, merchandising, fashion, have an interest in the environment and learning new skills - any or all the above! – then this opportunity is for you.
