Join a wonderful team of volunteers and support the great service our team provide to clients. You will make friends, be part of a team and make a difference to the lives of others.

Key Tasks *Drive Cockburn Care clients to and from their home and community facilities in one of our modern fleet vehicles *Report concerns regarding the welfare or safety of clients to the Coordinator. *Monitor the working condition and cleanliness of the car including spot cleaning and reporting faults *Provide physical support to clients within the range of personal capacity (e.g. help to carry bags and assist disabled or aged people with mobility issues)

Regular training will be provided including:

  • Verification of Competency (VOC) driving Assessment
  • Drivers Awareness
  • First Aid
  • Infection Control
  • Manual Handling

Additional Requirements

  • Medical Check
  • Min 1 year driving experience
  • C Class Drivers Licence
  • Drug & Alcohol screening as required
