Minute taker for Tuggeranong Comunity Council monthy meetings

About this opportunity

To take the minutes either by

• physically attending the monthly meetings downstairs at the Vikings Tuggeranong Town Centre Club Greenway OR
• by logging in from you own home to it via Zoom

Additional requirements

Driver's Licence (C) .

Preferably have some experience in minute taking and be interested in what is happening in the local community

Time Required

Time required is 2 hours from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on the first Tuesday of the month (February to December) either attending/or listening from home to the meeting and then - writing up the minutes - 1 to 2 hours?? These minutes will then be sent onto the President for checking before being sent out to members
