About this opportunity
The role would suit someone with good communication skills, who can deliver pre approved/existing self help training programs or deliver their own program to a small group of women to support their personal growth. There can be flexibility based around your area of skill and knowledge. This role would suit someone who has a passion to help women struggling with life controlling issues.

Drivers licence
Good communication skills, maturity and a genuine interest and willingness to help people in need. To be a positive role model, patient, non judgemental, posses a caring and supportive nature. A commitiment to privacy and confidentiality is a must. Previous experience in working with small groups of women and or in the drug and alcohol field would be an advantage but not essential as training options can be discussed. Further training opportunities are available and can be explored.
