About this opportunity

We are looking for a volunteer guides to enhance our visitor’s experience at May Gibbs’ Nutcote.

Main duties will include:

• Leading groups of visitors through the historic house

• preparing house for presentation to visitors

• Provide a public presence for security of house and contents

• Impart information on House in interesting and engaging manner.

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent communications skills

• comfortable talking to groups of the public

• Well presented

• Previous guiding experience desirable, not essential

• Reliable.

Volunteering takes place within COVID safe guidelines.

We are looking at a 6 month commitment for this position.
