About this opportunity

Sunday March 6 RACQ International Women's Day Fun Run

We are so excited for YOU to join us at the RACQ International Women’s Day Fun Run 2022 on Sunday 6 March!

Volunteers really do make the world go ‘round, and in the case of the RACQ International Women’s Day Fun Run, our wonderful Mater volunteers make sure that participants are safe, hydrated, know where to go and are having fun!

We have various roles available- we simply couldn’t put on such a great event without our volunteers! Thanks to our track record with COVID, our outdoor event can go ahead with a few changes to ensure everyone’s safety.

By donating your time you’re also helping to make an immediate impact for women with breast cancer, enabling the Mater Foundation to put more funds towards providing tangible and timely support services like house cleaning, counselling and mastectomy bras.

There are many different roles available to suit all interests. Most event day roles have an early start on a Sunday morning but you will not be disappointed as early Sundays are magnificent… especially on 6 March!

If you would like to be located on course so you can cheer on participants then a Course Marshal position may suit you best. You can even work in teams, why not ask a few family members and friends to volunteer alongside you?

What are you waiting for - express interest below!
