Handyman, General Building/Garden Maintenance
About this opportunity
Some of the many duties that need to be performed are: • Maintenance of grounds, garden beds and other grassed areas, including weeding, mulching, pruning, fertilising and other general maintenance as necessary. • Landscaping work when required. • Maintenance of the building including hosing down salt spray, and various other misc. tasks. • General maintenance as necessary. • Repair and maintenance of timber furniture. • Alerting the Operation Managers of any problem areas. • Keeping all the equipment maintained in a satisfactory, safe and workable condition.

Driver's Licence (C) . Heavy Lifting . Medical Check *. National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.
There is an average of 16 hours per week total that needs to be done, however any help would be appreciated and a number of people could contribute.

We have a Building Committee that are actively involved in the operations of the Clubhouse. We also have a Functions Manager that operates the restaurant for us who can help delegate duties that need to be undertaken.
