About this opportunity

Essential Criteria:

  • Own transport or capacity to organise
  • Working with children check (Over 18’s)
  • Completed Volunteer form and undertaken volunteer induction
  • Check-in/sign in to centre upon arrival and departure EACH time the centre is attended
  • Ability to access computer/email technology if assisting with fundraising events from home.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous fundraising experience
  • Ability to develop fundraising project proposals for approval

Skills and Attributes:

  • Social media experience/knowledge
  • Ability to design marketing type advertising on Canva or similar program
  • Capacity to create social media posts, to maintain engagement with the local community

Duties & Task Examples:

  • Design advertising/social media content
  • Manage a set budget allocated to specific fundraising events.
  • Work alongside multiple people assisting with fundraising events.

We have a COVIDSafe plan and training in place. This includes the use QR codes, social distancing and attendance protocols
