About this opportunity
Act as a resource for answering U3A member face-to-face and telephone enquiries.
No specific skills are required for this role, however the volunteer will need to be comfortable interacting with our members and it would suit someone with good listening and communication skills.
All our new front office volunteers are initially mentored in the wide variety of different aspects of this position and provided with a manual that acts as an aide de memoir.
There is always a more senior person available in the office who can be referred to as necessary.
