Tour De Office (TDO) is an office-based cycling challenge that enables companies all around Australia to raise funds for their chosen charity. This unique event focuses on not only making a significant contribution to a worthy cause close to their hearts, but also promoting a healthy and active attitude in the workplace.
Tour de Office is on the look out for multiple enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Event Volunteers in Brisbane.
Based in the offices of big-name participants like NewsCorp, Optus, CommBank, McDonald's and more, you'll be assisting with all facets of event management to ensure that the Tour de Office event runs smoothly in your allocated office.
You will be onsite during the event from Monday to Friday (24th - 28th May) to assist in a variety of event management duties, including:
*Managing the rider calendar; *Assisting riders on & off the bike; *Taking photos & video footage of the event daily; *Providing social media status updates; and *Assisting in the general logistics/administration of a not-for-profit event.
We are looking for motivated, confident and articulate applicants who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organisational and attention to detail capabilities. You'll also have a work style that demonstrates integrity and professionalism at all times, as well as being passionate and enthusiastic about workplace wellness and Australian charities.

If Tour De Office volunteering is a university course requirement we will also complete the required forms.

These are full time roles working 8.5 hours per day for the event week, and you'll also need to be available for a half day of training prior to the event.Type of work
