About this opportunity
St John of God Hospital are committed to providing high quality care to their patients and visitors and as such are requiring the services of a Hospitality Volunteer to assist in welcoming and escorting patients, clients and visitors; providing directions for people; collating document packs; delivering items to various hospital departments and offering companionship to patients including spending time in the garden, providing refreshments, reading and listening to music
This rewarding opportunity will require a compassionate individual who has good interpersonal skills and is able to relate to and respect a diverse range of people.
The hours for this position is 9am till 12pm yet it may vary upon the needs of the hospital. This is an ongoing role and will require commitment from the successful individual.
