About this opportunity
At ACCC we are passionate about the care and well-being of our clients physically,emotionally and socially.We are seeking volunteers who are equally ass passionate and share the same values in assisting the elderly. This volunteer would assist in meal preparation,set up tables ,food service,re-stock supplies. The Hall and Kitchen Staff will provide you with direction and guidance.We ask volunteers to commit weekly visits for at least 6 months. This is an ongoing role and we will support you with on site experience and training for as long as you wish to be part of our caring and amazing team.
The ACCC guides a network of more than 60 committed employees and volunteers in providing services which promote the independence and wellbeing of clients both in their own homes and through daily activities available at our warm and friendly Day Centre on Hardie Road.
Additional requirements
Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *.
Use their own initiative in helping our clients.

We will provide induction and ongoing training and support.
A police clearance. We can assist you to get a police check.
on call as required during the week start at 7am and goes through to 3.30pm but you can work for a morning or afternoon shift
