A voluntary skills based Board governs Positive Solutions. The Board provides guidance and oversight to the organisation and sets the strategic direction of Positive Solutions to ensure it continues to enable people to build pathways to enhance their wellbeing.
We are seeking a professional who has: • An interest in, experience and/or background in mental health, mediation, law, marketing or the community sector. • Understanding of corporate governance principles. • Capacity to devote time and energy to the role. • A valid Working with Vulnerable Person check.
Board meetings are held once a month in Hobart. There is opportunity to join these meetings via online platforms. Expressions of interest (EOI) are invited from candidates wishing to be considered for appointment for a term of 3 years.
