Grounds Person - Arundel
About this opportunity
We are looking for someone who would like to volunteer as a grounds person once or twice a week alongside other volunteers at our Arundel Depot.
Duties on site:
- Grass cutting
- Weeding, removal of leaves, branches and debris
- Ensure cleaniness around warehouse building
- Ensure WHS, policy and procedures are always adhered to
- General tidying of warehouse.
Volunteers we are seeking will ideally:
- Be a people person - welcoming, encouraging and positive
- Be willing to work within the ethos of the St Vincent de Paul Society, and
- Be respectful to others and flexible in their attitude to work and the team.
Additional requirements
National Police Certificate *. Others .
Steel toe cap shoes
All volunteers must be complete a National Police Check before commencing with Vinnies, we will supply the paperwork.

Time Required
Mon - Fri, 7.30am - 3.30pm
