Program Facilitator - Funky Friends
About this opportunity
Due to the recent growth and interest in our Funky Friends program, we are seeking a dynamic, critical thinker to facilitate this craft and social skills program delivered to women living with a disability. The Funky Friends program supports women with disabilities to live their life through skill development and social interaction. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the term program, and actively engaging with program participants.
We are looking for a bright and bubbly personality, able to communicate with a wide range of people and have a genuine passion for helping others.

* As each organisation provides different levels/types of insurance, volunteers are reminded to check with the organisation as to the type of insurance provided for volunteers (e.g. Voluntary Workers Personal Accident Insurance).
* Best practice volunteer involvement recommends that a volunteer role should not be more than 15-16 hours per week.
15 hours per week. Wednesdays 12pm until 2:30pm are non negotiable as this is the day/time of the program. Other hours/days to be negotiated.
