About this opportunity
Inclusion Melbourne's Leisure Buddy program aims at matching adults with disabilities with volunteers who live close by and have shared mutual interests. Have you got a spare hour or two per fortnight? Are you friendly and reliable?
James is seeking the friendship of a young male and as part of this wanting to explore his local shopping center and sporting events. No special qualifications or previous experience are required. The two of you will meet weekly or fortnightly on weekends.
Inclusion Melbourne believes that people with a disability should be able to live in an inclusive community, supported by people who genuinely care for them, and have the same opportunities to participate in community life.
