About this opportunity

The traditional Meals on Wheels program, formerly operated by Council, is a vital community service, supporting vulnerable persons to remain independent and in their own homes for as long as possible. Volunteers will deliver meals Mondays to Fridays from 11:50am to approx 1:00pm. You may decide to schedule occasionally or regularly throughout the 2021 calendar as suits your needs. Volunteers use their personal vehicles in this role. Volunteers must not volunteer if they are unwell and relevant Covid-safe procedures will be followed. Additional requirements

Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.

Volunteers - including those from groups and organizations - are to have a current National Police Check and a Working with Children Check (Victoria). Personal vehicles are to be used and drivers will be responsible for the roadworthiness and insurances on their own vehicle.
