This volunteer opportunity will help to assist in the running all aspects of a retail shop to directly fund our 24-hour crisis support line. Your few hours volunteering can and will save lives! Your energetic contribution of time to assist with donations, shop presentation and point of sale. We invite anyone with a customer first approach to service to join our volunteer team. This role will be ideally suited for some who has a flair for shop presentation and enjoys arranging merchandise to maximise customer engagement. We are a motivated team with a continuous flow of customers that will keep you active and contributing meaningfully throughout the shift. Tasks involved include: ▪ Point of Sale transactions ▪ Stock preparation ▪ Shop presentation ▪ Labelling and pricing stock ▪ Customers service This is a great opportunity to:

Additional requirements

Good communication skills
Customer service or retail experience advantageous but not essential

Time Required

Monday to Friday 12.00 to 4.30 pm. Minimum of 4 hours per shift.
