About this opportunity
MarionLIFE Youth also has an “Events” team which runs sessions in our local schools
Volunteer Roles include:
- Supervising and engaging in activities with youth
- Supporting workshop provided by facilitator or Youth team
- Setting up safe space
- Setting up activities for use within an environment that participants can engage with
- We desire someone to Drive a minibus to pick up and drop off Youth from their schools and homes (Fridays and special events only).

- Monday to Weekends during school terms and holidays when available
Time Required
- For MarionLIFE Youth, volunteers to be available between 2:45pm and 5:45pm
- For Events team, each event will take place at variable times, set-up and pack-up is factored into the time based on the length of event

*As each organisation provides different levels/types of insurance, volunteers are reminded to check with the organisation as to the type of insurance provided for volunteers (e.g. Voluntary Workers Personal Accident Insurance).
*Best practice volunteer involvement recommends that a volunteer role should not be more than 15-16 hours per week.
