About this opportunity
The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of the Multicultural Association of Russian-speaking Women - "Ogonyok".
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Providing network/systems support for our education centres
- Recommending and delivering ongoing hardware/software upgrades
- Providing support to the multimedia team and other volunteers in their use of hardware/software (using TeamViewer)
- Maintain devices and communication equipment; provide General IT technical support and other technologies devices troubleshooting (e.g. smart devices)
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience in web development, hardware maintenance, and systems administration are desirable
- troubleshooting ability and techniques desirable
- Customer service
- Knowledge of Wordpress is helpful
