Volunteer Gardeners needed - Kwinana

Community Services Regular - more than 6 months Medina WA

About this opportunity

Chorus are looking for volunteers to become a part of our volunteer gardening team. This service is a lifeline for many of our customers, helping them to maintain their gardens by providing general gardening assistance such as pruning, raking, mowing lawns, hedging, yard tidying to help keep their garden safe and tidy.

Our customers are elderly or people living with a disability and may have restricted mobility and are unable to maintain their gardens themselves.

This type of volunteering is a great way to get out into the fresh air, and meet new people or to gain work experience for your CV. We have a range of volunteers at Chorus.

Chorus is an equal opportunity employer. People from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and, people from the LGBTIQ+ community and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
