About this opportunity
Have or be willing to obtain a LROCP Licence (Long Range Operators Certificate of Proficiency). Willingness and commitment to learn/train towards assessment to gain qualifications. Once qualified, a commitment to roster shifts in the Communications room. Good computer skills, good hearing, clear speaking voice. Applicants will have a Criminal History check performed and need to be willing to join MRNSW independently of any organisations criteria.
VOLUNTEERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ON MARINE RESCUE NSW WEBSITE LISTING UNIT OF INTEREST AS POINT DANGER.
National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.
Flexible with age group but would suit mature (55+), reliable people who are willing to train and commit to an emergency services support position.
