About this opportunity

TSTA (Tasmanian State Training Association) is 100% volunteer run not for profit organisation and as such, all positions are as unpaid volunteers.

This position requires a current Master V or higher marine ticket. If you have a ticket but have not operated a sailing vessel before, we will train you.

Potential Masters will be required to undertake a brief conversion course to familiarise themselves with the operational characteristics of the Lady Nelson. You will be managing a diverse group of volunteers to crew the vessel.
