About this opportunity

Our busy Wellbeing programs is for people to join the varied Program to take part in weekly activities varying from physical health, mindfulness, creativity and outings/trips. The Allied Health team would appreciate your support and this will also assist your learning if your are studying this field.

We need someone who can easily liaise with older people who attend, help them feel comfortable, enjoy the activity together and be a friend.

One of the largest and most experienced aged care providers in South Australia, Eldercare was founded in 1990, and provides residential care in 12 quality facilities across the state. It is a community service of the Uniting Church of Australia.

All volunteers must have the annual Influenza vaccinations, triple Covid vaccinations and a Police clearance to work with vulnerable persons.

Time Required

Once a week for a 4-5 hour shift, weekdays only.
