IT Computer and phone assistance for seniors

Education & Training Regular - more than 6 months Fremantle WA

About this opportunity

Tuart Place is a NFP that provides support, counselling, social services, community events and other resources for seniors who have been in out of home care during their childhoods. Our participants often require assistance with simple IT issues such as operating their mobile phone, learning how to use a new tablet or looking on the internet. We are looking for volunteers who enjoy sharing their skills and spending time with people from diverse backgrounds. Being a senior can be lonely and we are looking for people who enjoy spending time with others and are willing to contribute to the sense of Community at Tuart Place.

Tuart Place is open from 9am – 4.30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday every week. We try and have a volunteer available for IT support from 10.30am each day.
