Shelving Assistant

About this opportunity

Are you a stickler for neatness and order? Use your organisational skills at the library to assist with sorting and shelving books and other library material. Organise and tidy shelves and displays. Read spine labels and re-shelve books not in correct order. For this role you will require organisational skills, an understanding of alpha/numeric order and attention to detail. Opportunities available at both Busselton and Dunsborough Libraries. Tuesday and Friday mornings.


Additional requirements

You would be a good match for our opportunities if you are:
• Looking for an on-going opportunity lasting 3 months or longer.
• Able to commit to an ongoing schedule (weekly or monthly) of 2 – 8 (or more) hours per week.
General Skills required: Independent worker, ability to perform well under limited supervision, ability to work in a team environment and attention to detail.

Time Required

Tuesday and Friday mornings. Able to commit to an ongoing schedule (weekly or monthly) of 2 – 8 (or more) hours per week.
