CHATS Driver and Host Volunteers

Seniors & Aged Care Regular - more than 6 months Across: Launceston TAS, Devonport TAS, Latrobe TAS, Hobart TAS

About this opportunity

The Lifeline Tasmania Chats Program provides social support for older Tasmanians. We focus on members of our community who may be isolated, lonely or cut off from their support networks. The aim of the program is to improve the lives of older people by promoting opportunities to develop friendships, boost their self-confidence and provide the tools for them to rebuild their social independence.

The Chats Program arranges a wide range of activities for small groups, and as an Activity Host or Driver, your role will be to ensure the activity runs smoothly, that everyone stays safe and enjoys the outing.
