Warehouse Support Roles
About this opportunity
We offer a range of different and rewarding volunteer roles at our warehouse:
- Giver: Serving social workers, preparing orders ready for collection, recording information and helping to pack cars/vans etc.
- Greeter: Greeting donors, recording information, collecting and weighing donations and storing them safely.
- Sorter: Sorting clothing and linen
- Bundler: making up clothing, linen, toy, book packs
- Tinker: cleaning, fixing and safety checking prams, cots, car seats, highchairs, bassinets, bouncers, safety gates
- Home bundler/sorter: packing and sorting clothing at home
- Any other general duties and ad hoc tasks as they come up.
This role is also suitable for Individuals & corporate groups

- No qualifications necessary. All volunteers will receive training for specific roles
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions carefully.
We require a flexible, regular and ongoing commitment
There is no formal time commitment required to support our organisation. You can come anytime between 9am-3pm Monday to Friday or from 9:30-11:30am on Saturdays. We require a flexible, regular and ongoing commitment
