About this opportunity

Would you like to help maintain the coastal environment by ‘gardening in the dunes’?

We have two working bees a month, each for two hours, one on the second Wednesday starting at 9am and one on the fourth Sunday starting at 10am. So in total 4 hours volunteering a month.
We have regular monthly meetings (3rd Wednesday at 7 pm in the Old School House) and occasional social gatherings.

The annual fees for being a member of this group are $10 per annum.

Please note: This position is only suitable for interested locals who live in or near Victor Harbor on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Driver's Licence (C) . Others .

Ability to do physical work associated with preserving and protecting the dunes of Victor Harbor. Drivers Licence and ability to get to working bees. Reliable and punctual with ability to work within a team.

Time Required

Regular monthly meetings (3rd Wednesday at 7 pm in the Old School House) Working bees (2nd Wednesday 9-11 am and 4th Sunday 10-12 noon at a location advised via minutes) Occasional social gatherings
