You will be matched with families and tasks based on your experience, skills and interests and the family’s needs. We would like you to commit for 12 months and to be flexible when volunteering. The Children's Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various children's programs and activities. The Coordinator will work closely with volunteers, parents, and staff to ensure that programs are engaging, safe, and aligned with the organization's mission to provide children with opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive.

This role involves collecting a 3.5M poly boat on a purpose-built aluminium trailer with an electric start 4-stroke motor and towing it 500 meters to a public boat ramp. Launch the boat with the help of club members, drive the boat out onto Throsby Creek and lay markers to create a sailing course. Return to shore and be on standby to collect distressed model boats if required. When racing has concluded, collect the buoys & return the boat to its original location.
