About Yass Valley Council
Yass Valley Home Living Support Service provides a range of services for frail aged people and people with disability to help them gain and retain their independence and to continue living at home. Services provided are: transport, respite, social support, home maintenance and home modification. Assistance is also provided for access to aged and disability services in Yass Valley and to My Aged Care through the Yass Valley Community Care Access Point.
