About Technology for Ageing and Disability Qld Inc. (TADQ)
Are you a retired Engineer , trades-person or skilled handy-person in either the Brisbane metropolitan area or further away ? Do you enjoy the challenge of problem solving to create useful solutions for items to provide everyday living solutions ? TADQ is a 38 year old organisation that requires skilled volunteers to provide assistance to the ageing and people with disabilities. TADQ is a registered charity and Profit for Purpose organisation that supports volunteers who design and construct specialised goods and equipment for our clients.
We urgently need engineers, fitters,welders,carpenters,cad designers and people with excellent handy skills.
We have a fully equipped workshop at Banyo if you are nearby and don't have access to a workshop or don't have the necessary equipment.
