Tom Foster Community Care

Established over 40 years the Tom Foster Community Centre provides community services for older people and people with disabilities and their carers living in the suburbs that had formed the Marrickville local government area. It runs a Meals on Wheels service and a social support service both of which rely on volunteers. It also has various groups utilise the centre each week.

MissionStatement:
To ensure that older people and people with disabilities residing in the area that was once known as Marrickville local government area are able to access a high quality Meals on Wheels service and social support services which are delivered by volunteers which are well supported, recognised and trained.
