Located at 2c Campbell Street Young the Hilltops Community Hub offers information and referral, assists people to connect with local, state and national services and offers a wide range of community activities, workshops, events, self-interest courses and programs. The Hilltops community Hub is an informal space where people can look over brochures, take information suitable to them or come for a chat with a Hub worker. We offer support and advocacy services, parenting programs, practical advice and family support.
