Liberty Community Connect is a provider of home and community services to people who are aged or living with a disability by to assist people to live independent for as long as they choose to do so. Opportunities includes community connection through our group social programs as well as support services delivered in the home (domestic, social support, respite care, personal care, home and garden maintenance). Services delivery is focused on connection, individuality, vibrancy, accomplishment, purpose, and satisfaction. Our team consists of both employees and volunteers who are passionate about improving the quality of life for older Australians and people living with a disability. Liberty values the support, knowledge and skills that volunteers contribute to both the team and our clients.
