Inner Northern LLEN

The Inner Northern Local learning and Employment Network Inc (INLLEN) is an independent community organisation that develops partnerships and strategies to support young people across Moreland, Darebin and Yarra to successfully move from school to further education, training and employment.

INLLEN's vision is for all young people to transition successfully from education to employment. We are especially focused on vulnerable young people who are disengaged or at risk of disengaging from education and training. With a variety of complex social factors contributing to disengagement, we believe that a collective whole-of-community approach is the most valuable approach to achieve improvement.

We build strategic partnerships between government, industry, education and community providers to develop local responses ensuring the opportunity for all young people in the region to successfully complete Year 12 or equivalent Cert II, and successfully transition to further education, training or employment.
