Marriot's mission is to support adults with an intellectual disability in meaningful, planned activities. A person centred approach is used to maximise each person's choice, communication, participation and inclusion in the wider community. Marriott's supported employment initatives are Marriott Enviro Services (horticultural and landscape work) and Marriot Industries (packing and assembly).
