Hunter Homeless Connect Inc

Hunter Homeless Connect (HHC) Inc create connections for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness with the essential goods and services that they need.
This includes vital services such as accommodation, health and wellbeing, legal and financial assistance, employment and educational services, and direct links to the community and small businesses to access things that we all take for granted, like a hot cup of coffee or a fresh haircut.
The association currently operate two programs, Hunter Homeless Connect Day (HHCD) and Connecting the Hunter (CTH).

HHCD is delivered once per year on or around homelessness week and has just celebrated its 10th anniversary event. The feedback from the event each year is extremely positive, but we regularly heard that our community needed access to those incredibly valuable connections every day of the year. We started our CTH program in response to this need.
